Old Year’s resolutions

Abraham Lincoln said: “Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other. “

How wise (sigh), but you know how it goes: “What are your New Year’s resolutions?” – “Well…same as last year.”

How frustrating. So this approach clearly isn’t successful. How about Old Year’s resolutions? There’s 57 days left this year (which sounds significantly more manageable than 365 days ahead to start with) –  57 days to accomplish what we had on the list right at the beginning of 2011. Exercise 5x a week? Fast food no more than once a week? Hey, now it’s achievable, and it will feel great!

(Pssst…. once the new year starts, you won’t even need resolutions – just keep going!)
