  1. Really enjoy your blog so far! Just started reading it this morning. I’ve noticed you have people what they want to see or read about. Would you be able to write something up about neck rolls? These are something that I do in a lot of yoga classes, or in other classes from people teaching other practices like qi gong. But I also sometimes read articles warning against neck rolls.
It’d be nice to have a good chunk of information about them 🙂
    Enjoy your travels!

      • That would be great.

I left Melbourne (Yarra Valley) over 10 years ago, to take a year or so to live in the UK. Life didn’t quite work out as planned (huh!) and after ten years in England I recently moved North and now live in Glasgow, Scotland with my nearly 5 year old son. The weather isn’t quite as nice as home 😉 But it is beautiful here.

Wishing you all the best, too x

  17. Hi Andrea, Thanks for visiting my blog, Sacred Woman. We are so blessed here in the West to have the sacred teachings of the East and the freedom to practice. For over 30 years yoga has been my sanctuary, my connection back to Self. I love the kinship amongst those who practice and respect this gift of yoga. It is the sign of an authentic teaching; the willingness of many to put personalities aside in honour of a greater truth. Thank you for your dedication. Look me up if you ever come up Byron way! I live in Canada but in June I went to a yoga retreat at an ashram on Bali and the instructor was also from Melbourne (Yvonne Haddleton – owner of Elwood Beach Yoga). I’ve been to Australia but not to Melbourne..it must be a haven for great yoga.
