  1. I love this page. I used to have positive quotes on post-it notes all around my room in college when I was changing my negative thoughts and attitude into positive thoughts and attitude. I succeeded and I am so much happier. I need to start doing that again around my house for added encouragement for my healthy lifestyle journey!

      Thanks for having a look around and commenting. I’m planning to add more inspiring thoughts as I come across them, so please check back! I’m SO impressed with your daily meditation practice, that’s something I’m still working on (sigh)…. Keep going!
